What can be deleted

• Account profile data stored for SMM Control.
• Workspace drafts, brand context, plans, approvals, visuals, schedules, and export metadata.
• Encrypted social platform tokens and connected account records, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and other connected platforms where supported.
• Marketing email consent status can be withdrawn without deleting the whole account.
• Optional local browser draft data, which you can also clear from your browser storage.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@smm.domarketing.ee from the email used for your SMM Control account.
2. Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Include the workspace name, connected social accounts, and any confirmation code shown on this page.
4. Disconnect social integrations in the app before deletion if you still have access to the account.

What may remain

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, platform compliance, or legal claims. Where possible, retained records will be minimized, restricted, or anonymized.

Meta app removal

You can also remove app access from your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account settings. Removing app access stops future API access but does not always remove data already stored in SMM Control, so please send a deletion request if you want stored workspace or token records deleted.

Marketing email withdrawal

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or email privacy@smm.domarketing.ee. We may still send service messages needed for account access, billing, security, legal notices, integrations, and product operation.
